Procedure for Adding a Favicon to Your Blogger Blog:
Step 1: Sign in to www.blogger.com.
Step 2: Click the name of the blog you want to change blogger’s blog favicon icon.
Step 3: On the left side of the page click on ‘Layout’, then you will be to see on you screen as the image shown below.
Step 4: Now click on ‘edit’ which you are able to see on favicon area widget, a new window will pop up with message saying “Upload custom favicon, Please use a square image that’s less than 100KB”

Step 5: Click on “Choose File” on a pop up window.
